Board stiff

When I decorate cakes, I rarely leave the cake board exposed (showing the silver covering).  I believe that when you cover the  cake board with fondant, it gives the cake a better finish and brings an element of colour and co-ordination to the whole cake.

I love this groovy, marbled effect I created for a 60th Birthday Cake.
