After school cake class

I finally had a window in the diary, when things were quiet in the Delights Kitchen. My Daughter, Jemimah wanted a play date with her friend Katie, which involved cakes.

All hands on deck; cutting shapes with fondant, piping and swirling frosting, and sprinkling sprinkles.

The girls had a super time after school, baking, piping and decorating vanilla cupcakes.

In fact we all had so much fun that they now think I should be running cake decorating classes (or to start with, more cupcake decorating classes with their friends).

After baking, it was time to tuck into a treat.
